DOES THE PRICE IN THE CATALOGUES INCLUDE ENGRAVING?

HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN ORDER?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. For large orders more time may be needed.

IS THERE A EXPRESS SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Yes,but it is dependent on the item/s and engraving service required.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We are open from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday incl.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM CHARGE?

There is a minimum charge on all projects

HOW DO I PERSONALISE  MY ITEM WITH A LOGO?

We can engrave your logo on most items.The best way to provide the logo is to have it in a digital format.Please see our artwork requirements for details.

DO YOU HAVE ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?

If yes,production ready artwork is preferred.Artwork can be provided in a EPS format.

CAN I SEE A PROOF?

Yes, we can provide a proof of the final layout for your approval.

Once the proof is approved we can start production.Be sure and check it very carefully to prevent possible errors on the final product.
